GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Furman's women's basketball team will look to extend its home season winning streak on Tuesday when it plays host to Bob Jones in a 5:00 p.m. ESPN3 broadcast matchup that will tip off a hoops doubleheader at Timmons Arena.

Furman's men's team will entertain UNC Asheville beginning approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the women's game.

Tuesday's doubleheader features the "Last Day Of Class Bash" with free tacos served to Furman students between games in the Thirsty Paladin.  Fans can also receive a $6 general admission ticket with the donation of a new/unwrapped toy that will benefit the Think Twice Foundation.

Coming off an impressive 80-59 pasting of USC Upstate on Sunday in its first road victory of the year, Furman (6-2) is 5-0 in Timmons Arena this year, with wins over College of Charleston, Davidson, Kennesaw State, Pfeiffer, and UNC Wilmington.

The Paladins are paced by senior All-Southern Conference forward Cierra Carter (15.3 ppg), who is coming off a 17-point, 11-rebound performance in the win over USC Upstate.  Four others Paladins scored in double figures against the Spartans, including sophomore guard Le'Jzae Davidson (14 points), senior guard Stephania Oramas (12 points), senior forward DeAnneisha Jackson (10 points), and freshman forward Celena Taborn (10 points).

Furman's next action following Tuesday contest is a Dec. 10 contest at North Carolina.
